One of my standout architectural projects was a modern residential villa designed in Shahrud, where I handled both Phase 1 (Conceptual) and Phase 2 (Detailed Architectural Design).

The project was located along a key urban route, which meant that in addition to designing a high-quality living environment for a family, I was also required to integrate two commercial retail units at the ground level to align with the street’s commercial context.

From the beginning, my focus was on balancing contemporary aesthetics with practical urban integration. The villa was designed with modern architecture principles, using innovative materials that blended durability, sustainability, and visual appeal.
